We are looking for a dedicated professional (m/f/d) for office organization, event management and marketing to join our team as soon as possible. One of our core businesses is the direct distribution of Asian food and merchandise products from the hottest anime, manga and game series from Japan through our online store AnimeFanShop.de and the planning and execution of anime events such as our in-house Anime Messe Babelsberg, which takes place annually at Filmpark Babelsberg.

Your area of responsibility:

  • Organization and coordination of Anime Messe planning tasks
  • .
  • Planning and implementing marketing activities, including social media campaigns

  • Receiving, scheduling and coordinating phone calls and appointments
  • .
  • Communicating with business partners, customers and suppliers
  • .
  • Maintenance of product entries in the online store AnimeFanShop.de
  • Performing orders and controlling inventory
  • Office organization, including reconciling lists and compiling records for accounting

Your profile:

  • Interest and enthusiasm for anime, Japan, Asia and gaming
  • .
  • Careful, reliable and self-reliant way of working

  • Experience in dealing with IT-based systems
  • .
  • Business fluent in English and German
  • Team ability and assertiveness
  • Willingness to travel to anime events in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
  • .
  • Completed training or experience in a relevant field, e.g. as an event management assistant, marketing communications assistant, office management assistant or comparable qualifications

Payment:

We offer you an attractive starting wage of 14 / 21 euros per hour, which facilitates your entry into the anime industry. Depending on your performance, your contribution to the success of the company and the growth of our company, there is the possibility of a wage increase.
